Villa Information

Our villa is well appointed and in an excellent location for visiting all the major attractions in Orlando.  Most of the major travel companies place there private villa bookings in our area due to its good location.  We strive to ensure our villa is kept to the highest of standards with management and cleanliness throughout, the swimming pool is maintained twice weekly to keep it crystal clear.  Highgate Park is very well maintained by the Homeowners Association who maintain the villa gardens and lawn areas.

Our 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 people and is situated in an excellent location far enough away to feel like you can get away from all the excitement of the theme parks yet only a 12-15 minutes drive from Disneyworld.  Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are 20-30 minutes drive away.  There is a shopping complex located just 5min drive on Highway 27 with a good supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank and various restaurants. There is also a 24hr Wal-Mart supermarket close by.

Orlando International airport is the closest to the villa, a 40min drive.  Orlando Sanford airport is a 50min drive and slightly smaller, returning your rental car here is extremely fast.  There are some cheap fly-drives from tour operators available from this airport as well.  Tampa airport is an easy drive and only takes about 1 hr 15min.

Florida is not just about theme parks, there are some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches to experience with clear blue warm seas.  Some of the beaches have won awards for the best beaches in America. Cocoa beach on the east coast is the closest approximately 40-45 miles, which is only about an hours drive.  Also its advisable to check to see if there are going to be any space shuttle launches while you are in Orlando as you have a great view from this beach.

The villa is on one level making it very family friendly especially for those with younger children and is fully air conditioned. 

All linen and towels are provided for use in the villa.

Please note for the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted within the villa.

Fully fitted kitchen with cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, sink with waste disposal, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, food blender and toaster.

Utility Room

Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and two clothes airer's

Dining Area

The dining area comfortably seats 6 people and has a pool view.

Family Room

Two sofas one of which converts into a queen size sofa bed if required, sleeping an extra two people.  Coffee table, ceiling fan, cable television, DVD and video player, telephone with free local and international calls.  Patio door to the pool area.

Master Bedroom & En-Suite

King sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing table with mirror, ceiling fan, cable television.  En-Suite with bath, separate shower, toilet, twin basin sinks and hairdryer.

Twin Bedroom 1

Two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.

Twin Bedroom 2

Two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.

Family Bathroom

There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.

Swimming Pool & Surrounding Patio Area

Large heated swimming pool, outside table, chairs and sun loungers, outside shower.  There is a child safety fence for use if required.

Large Games Room

Complete with pool table, table football/ foose ball and electronic dart board, great for kids of all ages!
