Welcome to Villas at Florida located in Highgate Park. Orlando Florida has to be one of the most popular locations in the world for holidays, with excellent weather and theme parks just a short drive away. Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and the Kennedy Space Station. If you fancy getting away from all the entertainment there are some of the loveliest beaches you could wish for in Florida with its 1,800 miles of coastline, translating to sandcastle-building, surfing, fishing and kite-flying fun.

				Our 3 bedroom vacation home is located in the exclusive Highgate Park a beautiful 2005 built villa. Highgate Park is a small community with a children's play area and tennis court on site, it is the only gated community situated in the villages of Legacy Park. It is ideally situated approx 12-15 minutes drive from Disneyworld and situated in an idyllic setting just 2 miles South of the 192 on the Western side of Highway 27, with its profusion of shops, restaurants and attractions. For the golf lovers there are six championship golf courses within just a 5-10 minute drive from the villa.

Our villa in Florida is situated in Highgate Park an excellent location for visiting Disney World, the Orlando area is the land of enchantment. This region casts its spell by offering everything from theme parks and magic castles, to nature parks, to movie sets. Is it any wonder that Florida is the number one dream vacation spot for kids! 'Villas at Florida' for your home from home vacation experience!


Our Villa has just been updated, we have had new carpets fitted throughout and in the main living area we have new furniture. We also have new equipment in the Games Room, consisting of a new Pool Table and a 7ft Air Hockey Table in addition to our existing Foosball and Darts.

For your peace of mind our villa is independently verified by Highgate Park Homeowners Association	The verification scheme is run by the Home Owners Association of Highgate Park and so we know that each home is owned by the person who is advertising. However we realise that since your holiday/vacation is so important to you we have also introduced a voluntary scheme to make sure that the home you book is also legally licensed for short term rental (by Polk County) and insured for your protection. Some of our villa owners have therefore sent us all the details and documents to prove that not only do they own their villas but they are licensed for rental by the Florida state regulators and are currently insured for use as short term rental villas. They also send a copy of their water bill quarterly. These details are checked by the Highgate Park Home Owners Association. This is possibly the best and most thorough villa verification scheme on the web. Only villas that carry the Highgate Park logo have gone that extra mile to reassure you as prospective guests.
